Great anesthesia tool
This is one of the most practical and well-designed anesthesia apps I’ve used. You can tell it was created by someone who truly understands real-world workflow in the OR. The emergency protocols, drug references, and case planning tools are all organized in a way that’s actually usable under pressure—not just theoretical.
What stands out most is how intuitive everything is. It saves time, reduces cognitive load, and puts key information exactly where you need it.

What it does

Enter age, weight, comorbidities, medications, allergies, airway, and labs, then the procedure. Follie builds the anesthetic plan: technique, airway, induction and maintenance doses by weight, ventilator settings, fluids, positioning, emergence, and PACU handoff, with the comorbidity considerations and risk flags that apply to this patient.
Each procedure carries its typical duration, blood loss, approach, and position, the anesthetic usually chosen, key considerations, pre-op workup, surgical steps, and critical moments. 24 specialties, from pediatric surgery to the EP lab.
Searchable by brand or generic name, each with indications, doses, onset, duration, and cautions. As you enter a patient’s medications, Follie flags the interactions that matter for the case. Type a drug into the search bar and its standard dilution opens where you are.
32 protocols for cardiac arrest, PALS, malignant hyperthermia, anaphylaxis, local anesthetic toxicity, laryngospasm, CICO, and more. Set the patient’s weight once and every dose on the screen is calculated for it. 34 calculators. Who built it
I’m Pavel Vaisberg, a CAA and the founder of Follie. I started thinking about anesthesia apps during my Master of Science in Anesthesia, and my Doctor of Medical Science in Healthcare Leadership taught me something I carried into every part of Follie: build around the people who will use it, and listen to them first.
That’s how Follie started. I kept hearing the same thing from people across anesthesia: one case meant switching between several apps, one for the procedure, one for the drug, one for the emergency, and none of them knew the patient. Follie is one app that does, and it builds the plan.
